Seeking Association Management Team or Firm for Non-Profit Organization

Overview

The Chicago Region Chapter of Lambda Alpha International is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking an Association Management team or firm to support the Board of Directors' day-to-day management of the Chapter's business, including event programming; marketing, communication and outreach to members; and financial administration. Proposals are due October 31, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the Chapter's business in coordination with the Board of Directors.
• Plan and manage event programming for chapter activities.
• Lead marketing, communications, and outreach to members and stakeholders.
• Oversee financial administration including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
