Senior Product Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join their Product Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in product planning, design, execution, and feature improvement

Run exploratory analyses and assess potential opportunities using customer satisfaction data

Create dashboards and reports to explain data insights and collaborate with business partners for actionable analysis

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience analyzing product and content user behavior for online consumer software

Experience in exploratory analyses and hypothesis generation using customer satisfaction data

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's / PhD in a quantitative discipline preferred

Strong research and analytical mindset

Detail-oriented with a focus on data analysis and experimentation
