Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead a talented team of specialists and drive our businesss expansion through advanced digital marketing strategies. This is a people management role responsible for hiring, coaching, supervising, and developing team members while driving digital marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and conversion optimization. You will play a critical role in setting the vision for your team, building effective structures and workflows, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure the marketing department delivers measurable, impactful results.
