A growing organization in Cranberry Township is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a contract assignment. The main focus of this role is business-to-business collections, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities :
Manage business-to-business collections, proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangements
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues
Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and communications in the accounting system
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding balances
Qualifications :
Previous experience in business to business collections or accounts receivable required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (formatting and formulas)
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities
Pay Details : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
