Who We’re Looking For :
A detail oriented professional to support our client's Learning Institute who will support the learning operations team by ensuring meeting rooms are event ready both large scale events and smaller group meetings for all levels of this enterprise organization. T
Responsibilities :
Verifying room setup, catering, trash, audio-visual, etc. is ready for meetings. Meeting planners organized the events but you will be responsible for making sure everything is setup and ready as planned.
Qualifications :
Detail oriented small things count! Are there utensils where needed, liners in trash cans, cables people could trip on, etc.
Computer skills some use of software to complete work (training provided) and use of other productivity software like MS Office / Outlook.
Good time management skills typically working across several events each day.
Willing to be a 'go to' resource for problem solving.
Past experience in catering or waitressing is helpful!
Hours and Location :
All onsite work in downtown Milwaukee, some travel to Franklin. Typically 7 / 7 : 30 to 4 / 4 : 30 / 5PM depending on event schedules. Limited nights and weekends ad hoc, not frequent.
This is a CONTRACT hourly job expected to last about 4 months with potential to extend.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $XX.XX and $XX.XX. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
