A company is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager for Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities supporting OEMs / ODMs
Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Sustaining Strategy
Establish and uphold quality standards and procedures for Datacenter System Deployment
Required Qualifications
BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Over 12 years of experience in Customer Program Management at executive levels
Strong leadership in managing high-profile Customer Escalations across various teams
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) following industry standards
Technical knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure and HW / SW systems integration
