Warehouse Operations Manager – Impact Window & Door Distribution

Fort Myers, FL | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

We're hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for a top-tier impact window and door distributor and contractor with over 40 years of proven success across Florida. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with great pay , great benefits , and room to grow .

Position Overview

As Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse operations — from inventory and shipping / receiving to safety protocols, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse staff and ensure daily operational efficiency
  • Oversee product receiving, processing, and inventory organization
  • Ensure safety procedures and OSHA standards are followed
  • Track shipments and logistics workflows
  • Manage vendor and delivery schedules
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and coach for performance
  • Collaborate with purchasing and field teams for fulfillment and delivery planning

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Management for Construction Building materials
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations , inventory control , and logistics
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining compliance with procedures
  • Experience managing shipment tracking , safety enforcement , and vendor communication
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook , and web-based platforms
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience
