The Position
The Senior Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development, will be responsible for supporting and advancing the Children's Talent Strategy through practical, business-driven talent solutions. This position will report to the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management and oversee a team of 9 FTEs. Working alongside senior leadership, this position will be responsible for developing and executing a robust talent development and strategic plan, including talent planning, succession, bench planning, career pathing, and individual development planning in alignment with enterprise business objectives. Ideal candidates will be subject matter experts with proven experience in building talent management strategies and processes. Navigating ambiguity will be essential, and excellent consulting, communication, and organizational skills will be critical to success. This position primarily offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office days coordinated with leadership. Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate.
Requirements
Master's degree required. Certification in learning and / or talent development is strongly preferred. Minimum of ten years of experience in talent management or organizational development, with at least seven years of leadership experience, is required. Candidates with 1520 years of experience in a similar setting are highly preferred.
