Key Responsibilities

• Guide fiduciaries through the administration of complex estates and trusts
• Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns, detailed accountings, and probate forms
• Create, help manage, and terminate various types of business and nonprofit entities
• Support litigation proceedings through drafting, research, and meeting preparation
• Research, analyze, and summarize law and facts relevant to client cases
• Effectively organize case files, records, schedules, and deadlines
• Proactively communicate with clients, institutions, team members, and others
