We're seeking an ambitious, creative, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to help drive demand and awareness through a strategic blend of traditional marketing and modern digital strategies.

What Youll Do :
- Conferences & Trade Shows
Plan, prepare, and attend regional and national events
Design and produce eye-catching flyers, booth materials, and handoutsRepresent our brand in person, network, and generate leadsContent & CommunicationWrite copy for newsletters, social media, flyers, and email campaigns
Develop and schedule content calendars, including posts, hashtags, and promotionsCoordinate and host webinars to showcase our value to targeted districtsDigital & Social MediaManage Facebook and other platforms to grow audience engagement
Run targeted campaigns to reach decision-makers in specific school districts or geographiesAnalyze campaign performance and adjust for effectivenessStrategy & Lead GenerationHelp identify high-potential districts and craft marketing strategies to convert them
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with outreach goalsResearch trends and competitors to keep our brand and message sharpWhat Were Looking For :
25 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, education, or eventsStrong writer and communicator with an eye for design (Canva, Adobe, etc. a plus)Comfortable with logisticspacking materials, setting up booths, managing eventsHands-on experience with social media, email platforms, and basic analyticsCreative, proactive, and resourcefulalways looking for whats nextWillingness to travel for conferences and eventsGrowth mindset : excited to take on more responsibility as we growBonus Points :
Familiarity with CRM or email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)Video editing or webinar production skillsCompensation : $60,000-$80,000 per year
