Key Responsibilities :
- Define and implement the overall strategy for the Famous brand by collaborating with the Creative Director, Marketing Planning, and channel leads to deeply understand brand pillars, platforms, and product stories.
- Drive the development of a content strategy that fosters an emotional connection with customers, enhances brand consideration, and solidifies brand and product positioning.
- Act as a thought leader during team brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative marketing and promotional concepts.
- Educate the team on product assortment, highlighting key features and benefits creatively through messaging and photography.
- Stay updated on market trends by researching fashion and footwear to maintain a clear understanding of current and prospective customers.
- Craft a compelling brand voice that resonates with our target audience.
- Lead projects by ensuring the copy team adheres to the objectives and parameters outlined in Creative Briefs, ensuring timely submission of engaging copy that drives desired actions.

Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.5+ years of experience in consumer-facing marketing / advertising writing, ideally in an ad agency or an in-house creative team.At least 2 years of supervisory experience.Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying creative concepts to team members and management.Prior content management experience is a plus.Knowledge of the shoe / apparel industry and a strong sense of fashion are desirable.A thorough understanding of the creative process.Proficient in both MAC and Windows operating systems, as well as MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred.
