Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations and task managementMonitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in records through regular reconciliationOversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, packing, labeling, and dispatchingConduct and support warehouse safety trainings; help maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with packing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient workflowsManage asset tracking and coordinate office / warehouse supply purchasingMaintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse operation data using internal systemsCoordinate basic equipment maintenance and repair schedulesPerform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing productsSupport onboarding and training of new warehouse staffEnsure compliance with internal policies and operational proceduresParticipate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencyRequirements
Teamwork skillsProficiency in office programsExperience with ERP and WMS systems preferredStrong multitasking abilityExperience in the cosmetics industry is preferredBasic understanding of overall warehouse operationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesBackground check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable lawsKorean / English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.Compensation
