About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SCM Warehouse Supervisor to oversee supply chain operations, including logistics, order processing, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable in high-stress situations, and comfortable supervising operations in a warehouse environment, including freezer storage.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound / outbound logistics, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internal logistics with production and other departments.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in picking and shipping.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, reconcile records, and report shortages or overages.
- Maintain direct communication with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience (food industry preferred).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and KoreanAbility to handle high-stress situations, multitask, and prioritize effectively.Comfortable working in cold / freezer environments.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related software.Benefits
