Efficiently process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.Assist customers with product details, order status, returns, and other service-related inquiries.Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly, ensuring a positive experience.Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department or manager.Stay informed on company products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.Offer customers detailed product information and recommendations based on their needs.Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.Participate in team meetings and training to enhance customer service skills.Verify customer information and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.Assist with bi-annual inventory checks.What we are looking for :
1+ year of experience in a customer service settingOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
