What You’ll Do : Designing site layouts, grading, drainage, utility systems, and stormwater management plans Preparing construction documents, plans, specifications, and technical reports Performing site feasibility studies, calculations, and cost estimates Coordinating with clients, permitting agencies, and internal team members Supporting quality control from concept through construction Navigating and applying local, state, and federal design standards Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) 3+ years of experience in civil / site design or land development Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software Strong knowledge of site permitting and design standards Clear communication and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit ????
