Our Government client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across its operational and administrative divisions. This role will be critical in supporting the department's relocation to a new facility.
The technician will assist with desktop setup, helpdesk support, and vehicle IT wiring, including internet gateways and MedVault systems. Responsibilities include PXE booting, Microsoft 365 support, Windows 11 troubleshooting, and coordination with IT leadership during the move.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced public safety setting.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr.
