Digital Media Supervisor
Location : Hybrid - New York City area
Salary Range : $75,000-$95,000 DOE
A growing full-service media agency is seeking a Media Supervisor to lead integrated media planning and buying across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience who thrives in a data-driven, client-facing environment. You\'ll shape campaign strategy, manage client relationships, and mentor junior talent across a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable, data-driven media plans aligned with client objectives
- Analyze campaign performance using both raw and refined datasets; deliver clear, actionable insights
- Oversee media planning from RFP through final execution, including negotiations, buys, and reporting
- Collaborate across teams (search, social, traditional, analytics) to optimize full-funnel performance
- Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and media strategy
- Foster strong relationships with media vendors, tech partners, and client teams
- Handle financial oversight including billing, pacing, and campaign actualization
Requirements
4-7 years of media planning / buying experience (digital and traditional strongly preferred)2+ years managing teams and client communications in an agency settingHands-on experience across key digital platforms : Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Display, Video, and moreStrong reporting skills; comfort with GA4, Campaign Manager, Looker / Data StudioExperience working in performance-driven environments (e.g., DTC, financial services)Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; can work autonomously and manage ambiguityAdvanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / SlidesSeniority level
