Job Description

Join an experienced and innovative Production Engineer to help lead the development and improvement of our manufacturing processes, systems, and tools. This is a high-impact position where you\'ll collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and logistics to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead / assist in time and material studies to enhance current cost and production planning processes.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Collaborate on product design and manufacturability with internal and external teams.
• Support / develop automation processes, with a focus on tooling specific to the company's goals.
• Develop quality control systems and implement statistical process controls.
• Build / document production processes.
• Train personnel on new procedures and standards.

We are located at the Lake of the Ozarks area in Camdenton, MO. We are a family-run and operated business that was established 13 years ago. We manufacture large-diameter fiberglass tanks for commercial or municipal projects. These tank applications include fire suppression, wastewater, water storage, potable water, hazardous liquid storage, or chemical storage. We are like a family here at FTS. We have several employees who have been with us anywhere from 9 to 13 years. We look forward to adding you to our team!
