We are seeking a strategic and analytical Benefits professional to join our US Benefits team as a Senior Manager, Benefits Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our benefits programs by leveraging data, analytics, and vendor partnerships to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and employee-focused solutions. Based on site in Abbott Park, IL, this role plays a critical part in aligning benefits strategy with business goals and employee needs.

As a Senior Manager on the US Benefits team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Benefits Strategy across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that our benefits programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our overall Compensation & Benefits philosophy. This role requires a high level of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 $254,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
