Responsibilities :
Perform complex diagnostics and advanced repairs on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Accurately complete repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status, timelines, and additional service needs
Ensure all warranty and manufacturer repairs meet compliance standards
Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
Maintain a clean and safe workspace and adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a dealership or independent technician
Deep understanding of all automotive systems and diagnostics
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Computer proficiency and comfort with digital diagnostic systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check
