Our client, a world class manufacturer of premium, quality films for both flexible packaging and thermal laminating applications, has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for overall territory management, proactive inside sales, and thorough customer communication throughout the entire order process. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customers as well as developing relationships with and securing new customers.

Successful candidates will possess at minimum, an Associates Degree in Business or related field or 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in the converting industry. The ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in written correspondence, with customers and all levels of our organization is a must. Candidates must possess a “can-do” winning attitude and desire to further their skill-set within the organization.
