We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the development and execution of visually compelling campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms. In this role, you will conceptualize and guide creative strategies, oversee production of high-quality assets, and ensure alignment with project goals and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, innovative problem-solver, and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage complex projects with precision. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel for client meetings or events.
Accountabilities
As the Creative Director, you will :
- Develop and oversee creative strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Lead brainstorming and conceptualization sessions with clients, writers, and editors to generate innovative content ideas and formats.
- Design and deliver bold marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, video, out-of-home, experiential, and web platforms.
- Create visual concept packages, including mood boards, storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments to guide asset development.
- Maintain high creative standards across all projects, ensuring consistency in storytelling, brand identity, and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine campaigns based on feedback, data insights, and real-time results.
- Restructure existing campaign materials and implement fresh ideas to maximize impact and audience reach.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have :
Minimum of 6 years of experience in creative direction, design, or related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.Strong strategic thinking with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to critically analyze complex challenges.Experience managing multiple deadlines and projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Experience supporting complex projects, ideally within federal or government-related initiatives.Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance and legal authorization to work in the U.S.Preferred Qualifications :
