The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Superintendent to join our New York team. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in the field, drives accountability, and ensures excellence from start to finish.

You’ll oversee daily site operations , coordinate with subcontractors and project teams, and lead by example in safety, quality, and communication . The ideal candidate is not just a manager — they are a builder, problem-solver, and team motivator who takes full ownership of their project’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities , ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage schedules, logistics plans, and resource coordination with project managers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with NYC and OSHA regulations.
• Lead daily site meetings , communicate progress, and proactively address challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain accurate field documentation , reports, and daily logs.
• Partner closely with project management to deliver on-time, on-budget, zero-punch-list completions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
