Key Responsibilities
Communicates professionally with patients via phone
Handles new patient registration and appointment scheduling
Updates computer databases and manages online scheduling systems
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Proficient with computer programs : Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting is preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
