Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for transforming commercial spaces? A well-established and growing general contractor in the Franklin, TN area is seeking a Director of Construction to lead operations across a diverse portfolio of Commercial buildouts and tenant improvement projects.

Job Description :

• Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff
• Oversee multiple concurrent TI and ground up projects across commercial sectors
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety standards
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business
• Implement process improvements and scalable operational strategies
