Executive Project Management
Plan, manage, and track special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational strategy. Develop project timelines, performance metrics, and progress reports for CEO review. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and maintain accountability for deliverables. Anticipate potential challenges and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule. Strategic and Analytical Support Conduct background research, environmental scans, and data analysis to support CEO / CNO decisionmaking. Prepare briefing documents, executive summaries, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and confidential briefings. Assist in the preparation of presentations and communications to the Hospital Authority Board, community partners, and governing agencies. Coordinates high-impact initiatives that promote operational efficiency and culture change. Executive Communication and Liaison Serve as a liaison between the Administration office and department leaders, medical staff, and community stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, remarks, and messages that reflect the CEO's priorities and organizational tone. Support the CEO in promoting transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization. Coordinate and document outcomes of assigned leadership meetings, forums, and executive engagements. Coordinates contracts, vendor relationships, and procurement processes related to special initiatives. Administrative and Operational Support Support the CEO's office functions, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and documentation of outcomes on assigned special projects. Assist in the organization of Board and Executive Leadership Team materials as needed. Synthesize complex data into concise, actionable insights for executive leadership. Champions a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across departments. Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Education Degree / Diploma Program of Study Required / Preferred Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Required Business Administration, or related field Master's Degree MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent Preferred Additional education requirements Minimum of 35 years of experience in healthcare administration, project management, or executive-level coordination. Experience working within a hospital or healthcare system; prior exposure to public, safety-net, or mission-driven organizations preferred. Certification & Licensures Title of Certification / License Required / Preferred Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Required Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (Healthcare focus) Preferred
