Director, DoD Capture Management
GDIT is seeking a Director, DoD Capture Management for the Defense Division with a primary focus on Navy / Marine Corps markets but could also include other DoD markets. In this senior role, you will be responsible for executing strategic captures. This position will require a team player capable of successfully building, leading, and mentoring cross-functional capture teams to develop and execute discriminating win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and award. This position can be remote or work from any GDIT office location. May travel 25-50% of the time depending on customer support.

The likely salary range for this position is $191,250 - $258,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
