We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Weymouth, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you'll be assisting in answering the phone, transferring calls, answering questions about customer accounts – answering questions on billing questions, and doing data entry of customer information. HVAC experience is preferred by not required.
Location : Weymouth MA Onsite
Pay : $22 / hour
Hours and schedule :
Monday- Friday 10 AM - 6 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
Duration : Long term contract
Start : ASAP
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to address customer needs effectively.
- Manage email correspondence and provide timely responses to customer concerns.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases with relevant customer information.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on providing satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
