The Job : As a Materials Manager, you'll be part of our STANLEY Engineered Fastening team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to :

• Liaison between customer service / sales and production - job lead times, job status, etc. to enhance product workflow.
• Responsible for replenishment strategic planning and inventory management of parts in support of Operations, Sales, Customers, OTF, and proper inventory levels
• Maintain ERP and material systems that allow for efficient and accurate production scheduling.
• Manages the set-up of new materials, supplier interfaces, and business processes in support of new customer / product introductions.
• Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures necessary to ensure the effective execution of material logistics functions.
• Check shortage reports and conduct meetings to monitor critical inventories and schedules on a regular basis.
• Lead annual inventory counts.
• Develop organizational knowledge and competencies.
