Minimum Experience :

• BA / BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of experience.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Experience in the development and maintenance of database systems.
• Experience with management of database systems, system design and analysis, operating systems software, and internal and data manipulation languages.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
