This role offers the opportunity to guide customers in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using a unified real-time data platform. You will collaborate with technical teams and executives to identify business and technical requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices that deliver measurable value. The position involves providing pre-sales support, conducting workshops, and leading proofs of concept, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product Management, and Engineering. You will also create thought leadership content, including demos, reference architectures, and best-practice guides, helping customers fully realize the potential of their technology investments. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends technical expertise with strategic insight.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will :

• Collaborate with customer architects, developers, and executives to define and grow high-value use cases.
• Advise customers on architectures, design patterns, strategies, and technical best practices.
• Partner with sales teams to plan accounts, conduct discovery sessions, and demonstrate value through presentations and proofs of concept.
• Translate technical concepts and design patterns into business benefits for executive stakeholders.
• Author technical content such as demos, whitepapers, guides, videos, and reference architectures.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Marketing to refine strategy and messaging.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the customer journey to ensure successful adoption and ROI.
