As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex client projects, ensuring that solutions are efficiently designed, secure, and cost-effective. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into scalable technical implementations while maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project oversight, and client-facing leadership. You will mentor team members, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide projects from initiation through post-implementation support. The position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving impactful client outcomes.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of client solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Conduct business process reviews and advise on enhancements or improvements to client systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and status reporting.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on technical solutions, ERP / FP&A processes, and financial best practices.
- Support performance management by coaching, setting goals, and providing feedback to team members.
- Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project documentation, runbooks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and internal information.
- Participate in staffing, interviews, and other HR-related activities to support team growth.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, standards, and frameworks, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
Candidates should have :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in enterprise resource planning or professional services environments.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, FP&A processes, accounting principles (AP, AR, GL), and technical modules.Proven project management experience, including proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Relevant certifications aligned with product or technical expertise.Familiarity with ERP implementation and client delivery best practices.Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.Benefits
