The Raytheon Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Program Cost Controls Specialist (P3). In this role you'll be responsible for executing all KPI deliverables for our East Coast factories. This team member will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills & ability to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will use their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team. This position is an onsite role based out of Andover, MA.

What You Will Do

• Performing all KPI deliverables for our East Coast factories.
• Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments
• Effective prioritizing of tasks in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
• Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
• Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
