Objectives of this Role
Work closely with Client Manager to find the best candidate for each requisition we receiveManage the front end of the recruiting process up until placing the candidateBe able to manage a variety of open roles helping to find our clients the best talent available and find our candidates great jobs that will help evolve their careerGrow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open upContinuously partner with the recruiting team and management to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategiesStay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptionsDaily and Weekly Responsibilities
Work and form relationships with Client Managers to know the ins and outs of their clients and better understand their hiring needs and job specificationsConnect and build relationships with excellent candidatesReceive requisition and create a recruiting strategy based on the type of job we receiveUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new businessScreen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiationMaintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationshipsFollow up on interview process status and update records in internal databaseProvide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff when neededSkills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing3rd party or Contract recruiting experience a plusManaged Service Provider or Vendor Management System experienceExceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, internet search, and LinkedIn RecruiterFamiliarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systemsProven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)ATS experiencePreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related fieldDesire to grow professionally with an up-and-coming companySeniority level
