🚨 We're Hiring : 100% REMOTE Disclosure Desk Specialist 🚨

📍 Location : Remote with strong Disclosure experience

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MST

Are you a detail-driven mortgage professional with a passion for compliance and precision? Our fast-growing, startup-style team in Scottsdale is looking for a Disclosure Desk Specialist to join our competitive and collaborative environment.

💼 What You’ll Do :

Review and issue all required disclosures and redisclosures throughout the loan lifecycle (excluding closing disclosures)

Ensure accuracy and compliance with TILA / RESPA regulations

Communicate effectively with internal teams via Outlook and Teams

Manage timelines and meet critical deadlines

✅ What You Bring :

2–3 years of Disclosure Desk experience

Deep understanding of fee tolerance categories (0%, 10%, unlimited) and variance cures

Experience with Initial Applications, Change of Circumstance (CoCs), and Initial Closing Disclosures

Strong time management and communication skills

🔁 Flexibility :

Remote eligible for candidates with strong Disclosure experience

Candidates with robust Closing / Post Closing / Funder experience are welcomed!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $55000.00 / yr.

Benefits : On the first of the month, following a 30-day waiting period, IHL offers a full range of

the satisfaction of any eligibility requirements and subject to the terms of such benefit programs.
