Job Opportunity : General Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced General Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic team! We are a busy residential leasing company seeking a skilled professional to handle general maintenance tasks with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair duties. Applicants must provide and maintain their own tools and demonstrate relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs.
  • Complete light carpentry work.
  • Repair and install drywall.
  • Paint interiors and exteriors as needed.
  • Install appliances.
  • Conduct light electrical work.
  • Perform light plumbing tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in construction or general maintenance is required.
  • Proficiency in key skills such as painting, drywall installation and repair, and appliance installation.
  • Familiarity with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks is preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation, personal tools, and a functioning cell phone with active service are essential.
