About This Role

We're seeking a talented Recruiter to join our growing People & Talent team at Fay. You'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all functions as we scale our dynamic, high-performing organization. Your recruiting expertise will be essential in building teams that drive Fay's ambitious growth objectives.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offers across multiple roles and departments
• Talent Sourcing : Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including networking, social media, and industry events
• Candidate Experience : Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our company values and enhance our employer brand
• Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit
• Pipeline Management : Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
