Responsibilities

• Support and perform install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting IT infrastructure in various environments.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes and solutions.
• Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
• Coordinate workflow with scheduling.
• Develop workaround procedures when standard procedures fail and ensure resolution.
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to use a ladder.
