Job Description :

This Corporate & Transactions Attorney supports our Purpose in their work supporting the negotiation, drafting, and review of major contracts. This role primarily supports Southwest's Technology Department, and they'll draft and negotiate technology agreements, amendments, and analyze / interpret existing agreements. The primary focus of this role will be supporting review and negotiation of data privacy and security terms.This Attorney will work collaboratively with Teams and Leaders in Technology, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and various stakeholders throughout the Company. The Corporate & Transactions Attorney is a detail-oriented thinker and is excited to champion their work and stakeholders forward. They'll have the opportunity to drive their own career with Heart and the future of Southwest Airlines.

Pay & Benefits :

Competitive market salary from $166,280 per year to $180,120 per

year
