What You'll Be Doing...

You'll be leading a team who designs, develops and delivers Contact Center as a Service and Voice Security solutions for Verizon's Enterprise and Public Sector customers, focusing on leading capabilities, strong partnerships and Verizon differentiation. You'll craft a long-term vision and adjust along the way as you respond to the rapidly changing landscape. You'll bring your vision to life from development to go-to-market strategy and into the hands of customers, building better ways for people, businesses, and things to stay connected.

• Understanding and anticipating what the market needs.

Where You'll Be Working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is : $129,000.00 - $247,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is : $142,000.00 - $247,000.00.
