Director, Power Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join the Power Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the BCD portfolio - strengthening its roadmap, capturing product requirements, engaging with key customers and positioning our products as industry leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and propel growth through successful customer engagements.

Summary of Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join the Power Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the BCD portfolio - strengthening its roadmap, capturing product requirements, engaging with key customers and positioning our products as industry leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and propel growth through successful customer engagements. Essential Responsibilities :

• Industry's best-in-class roadmap : Work closely with the customer base across consumer, automotive, industrial, datacenter and communications infrastructure markets to understand their power needs, translate them into a roadmap and product requirements document.
• Value Proposition Communication : Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products, positioning us as a leader in the industry. Evaluate offerings from competing foundries and IDMs and develop suitable collateral.
• Customer Engagement : Engage with key customers to understand their needs, present technical features, and translate them into benefits for target applications. Drive DWINs at top target customers.
• Product Evangelism : Act as a product evangelist, promoting our products through presentations, webinars and industry events. Create technical content such as white papers, case studies and technical presentations to support marketing efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product marketing, product development, end markets and sales teams to define, execute and sell technologies. Design for cost to ensure cost entitlement.

Expected Salary Range $166,300.00 - $314,200.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
