A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee questions and lead onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR systems while developing reporting dashboards and tracking compliance
Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and coordinate professional development programs
Required Qualifications
Deep commitment to the organization's mission and values
5+ years of experience in a senior role on a high-performing people operations or HR team
Experience advising managers and navigating complex employee relations
3+ years of operational HR experience, including payroll processing and policy compliance
Exposure to DEIAB-focused HR initiatives and experience in fully remote organizations
