You will be a Technical Onboarding Manager who helps clients navigate our omni-channel marketing platform, ensuring they get started and unlock the full potential of our technology.

This role is about becoming a trusted partner and guide for our clients—owning the technical onboarding journey from requirements analysis to project management and successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Expert : Dive deep into the Skai platform, becoming a master of all products and integrations. Serve as the go-to technical lead for a portfolio of clients.
  • Lead the Way : Own the entire technical onboarding journey, from analyzing requirements to meticulous project management and successful implementation. Anticipate challenges and proactively guide clients through every step.
  • Build Partnerships : Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to manage expectations, solve complex challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time with exceptional results.
  • Drive Excellence : Craft detailed project plans, perform rigorous QA and documentation, and seek continuous improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success : Partner with other Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, and internal teams to share insights and contribute to collective growth.

  • What You’ll Need

  • Experience : 2 - 4 years of client-facing experience in digital marketing, with a background in a technical or trafficking role like paid search management or ad operations.
  • Technical Chops : Familiarity with web technologies, tracking standards, and the ad tech landscape. Ability to explain complex topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Project Management Acumen : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Curiosity & Drive : A desire to learn, solve problems, and find smarter ways to get things done. An entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for impact.
  • Education : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • We are hybrid for the long term—with a great home / office work mix (three days in office per week), a passionate and diverse team, and a vibrant company culture.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000. The actual salary will vary depending on experience, skills, and internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through an incentive plan; full details will be provided during recruitment.
