Starlight PR is one of the fastest-growing music PR agencies, trusted by top artists and record labels to run high-impact campaigns. We’re expanding our sales team and searching for driven, high-performing reps to grow with us.

What You’ll Earn

  • $1,000  Monthly Base pay + 13% commission on each sale — our campaigns range from $1,000 to $20,000+.
  • That’s $130 – $2,600+ per sale.
  • Just 5 deals a month? You’re looking at over $10,000+ in commission alone.
  • Plus exclusive bonuses and incentives for top performers.

What We Provide

  • Warm leads. You’ll be able to work from our qualified database in HubSpot.
  • Full sales training and coaching to keep you sharp.
  • Proven scripts, presentations, and resources that make closing easier.
  • No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you take home.
  • Work from anywhere. Main hours of 12 : 00pm - 6 : 00pm EST.

    • What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm leads already interested in our services.
  • Cold call on potential leads. More commission earned on leads you bring in.
  • Educate clients on our high-value PR campaigns.
  • Close sales, build relationships, and help artists get the exposure they deserve.
  • Hit your monthly targets to unlock even more bonuses.

    • Who We’re Looking For

  • A proven sales closer — ideally with high-ticket experience.
  • Somone who is not afraid of cold calls.
  • Competitive, money-motivated, and goal-driven. We are looking for HUNGRY reps.
  • A confident communicator who knows how to pitch, handle objections, and seal the deal.
  • Love music or the entertainment world? That’s a huge plus.
