Role Overview
The Creative Excellence Service Line drives best‑in‑class advertising solutions, blending Creative Development, Creative Assessment, and Creative In‑Market services. The Director of Creative Excellence leads strategic advisory, new business development, team mentorship, and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, growing the business through impactful solutions rooted in quantitative and qualitative market research techniques.
- Lead and consult with account teams on research design, insights development, data visualization, and storytelling.
- Serve as a service line mentor and champion to foster team collaboration, development, and expertise.
- Identify operational efficiencies and empower the team to implement on a consistent basis.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members; may act as manager to one or more account managers.
- Manage and guide the team through complex situations.
- Contribute to team growth through new business development and expanded partnerships.
- Participate in initiatives that support the service line (growth / new product / employee training & engagement).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights.Advertising experience is preferred.A bachelor’s degree or higher; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Experience leading a high‑performing team.A client‑driven and solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong experience with quantitative research, including survey design, sampling plans, analysis, and delivery.Some experience with qualitative research, including focus groups, in‑depth interviews, and analyzing qualitative data.Strong communications skills : translate complex data into easy‑to‑understand and actionable insights.Understanding of advanced analytics.Keen eye for design / visual storytelling.Comfort leading workshops with senior executives.Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.Track record of leading proposals and new business development.Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides).Benefits
