Immigration Attorney

About the Role

Miller & Miller Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of four years of practice, including substantial experience in immigration court. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate advocate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to immigrant communities.

This position is a hybrid role : you'll spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time in-office with our team. Court appearances will be required as scheduled. Many hearings are set on the West Coast, so flexibility with time zones is important.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in removal proceedings and related court appearances

Review and manage family-based immigration petitions

Collaborate with our legal team to provide high-quality representation and support

Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in all client interactions

What We're Looking For

Active law license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)

Minimum 4 years of immigration law practice

Strong experience in immigration court litigation

A passion for immigrant rights and justice

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $90,000 - $120,000+ (commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonuses)
