Title : Salesforce Developer

Location : Full-time Remote or Onsite, Draper, UT

Salary : $135,000-$150,000

  • Compensation based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will :

  • Customize and Develop : Build and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes.
  • Integrate Systems : Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Optimize Performance : Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Support Teams : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices.
  • Maintain Security : Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles.
  • Innovate : Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Implementing solutions organization-wide for maximized efficiency and support.
  • Troubleshoot Issues : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Technical Proficiency : Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Problem Solver : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborative : Works well in a team environment, with strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
