At Taylor White Consulting, we specialize in leveraging top-tier professionals to support interim, staff augmentation and project consulting services, including controllership, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting & technical research, financial systems & PMO, internal audit, tax, treasury and more.
The Role
As a Business Development professional within our TW Consulting division, you'll be responsible for :
- Expanding existing client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored consulting solutions.
- Generating new business through strategic outreach, networking, and leveraging industry & technical knowledge.
- Collaborating with internal cross-divisional teams to leverage relationships and ultimately ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Advising clients on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Leading client discovery meetings to assess needs and align consulting resources effectively.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive long-term client engagement and revenue growth.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of internal best practices.
- Representing Taylor White Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build new relationships.
- Partnering with leadership to identify new service offerings and market opportunities based on client feedback and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of combined experience in accounting / finance and talent solutions - ideally within a public accounting, advisory / consulting firm, or similar environment - with demonstrated success in, and passion for, building client and networking relationships.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A consultative mindset with a drive to create value for clients.Proven ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable consulting solutions.Exceptional follow-throughComfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including CFOs, Controllers, VP's of Finance, and other decision-makers.Self-starter with a high level of initiative, capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.Why Join Us?
