Supply Chain Parts Clerk

The Supply Chain Parts Clerk ensures that operations and technicians have the parts, tools, indirect materials, and supplies needed to keep production running efficiently. In this hands-on role, the Parts Clerk receives, stages, issues, and tracks materials while supporting inventory accuracy and organization. This position also provides ancillary support across supply chain activities, helping to maintain smooth material flow, minimize downtime, and assist with day-to-day operational and inventory tasks in the aerospace / defense environment.

Essential Functions :

• Locate, prepare, and issue materials to production through an ERP system.
• Stock hardware and parts as required.
• Provide responsive service to maintenance technicians to avoid delays in aircraft operations.
• Return materials to stock as needed.
• Participate in stock level checks of regularly consumed materials, both direct and indirect, to ensure adequate stock is maintained to support operations.
• Handle and issue hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA, federal, and state standards and properly document usage.
• Maintain a clean work environment in full compliance with company standards and customer and government regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.

AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only. Salary Range $21.74 - $23.92 USD.
