Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • File reports to update the Service Manager of concerns and overall work that has been or is needed to be done.
  • Lead all technical service functions throughout the territory, working with the Service Manager to ensure consistency.
  • Assist sales staff and end users with technical support issues; act as liaison between service providers and end users when needed.
  • Present training on True product lines to current service providers.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to improve the service network, adding or removing providers as necessary.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between the territory and world headquarters.
  • Work with the Technical Service Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and coordinate warehouse modifications if needed.

Qualifications

  • Certificate from college, technical school, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of refrigeration field service experience.
  • HVAC-Refrigeration certificate preferred.
  • Must reside within one hour of a major airport.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory, to training sessions, and trade shows.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional communication skills.
  • Customer service focused, initiative-driven, reliable, and honest.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to present to groups; multilingual skills are a plus.
